- Able to deal with every level of staff
- Proven record in interviewing, welfare and benefits administration, labor relations, salary administration, training, and development. Knowledge of the Thai laws relating to labor subjects.
- At least 3 years experience as Personnel Manager, HR Manager, Security Manager or equivalent position or 5 years experience as Assistant Manager level or equivalent.

- Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment.
- Assist Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues including staffing levels.
- Organize employee recognition programs.
- Participate in the Hotel - Manager on Duty- program.
- Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
- Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
- Follow and monitor Compass- s current projects and future projects to ensure that they are implemented according to the corporate direction.
- Assist and back up Training Manager in encouraging the successful training programs and activities to achieve the hotel- s training objectives.
- Evaluate and advise Director of HR to change, adjust or develop employees- current welfare or working environment at each time period.
